Microsoft HoloLens 2 Reveal Film

The HoloLens 2 Unveil/ Reveal film was a long journey that involved many product changes, team changes, org changes, and several false launch starts. The beginning involved ideation during the summer of 2017 and launched February 2019. The video went through many iterations, but the core principles of the product remained through the end. Comfort, immersion, and transformative were the three main pillars that Alex Kipman outlined to me back in summer 2017. I was so proud that this video remained intact for the public to see at Mobile World Congress.

As of July 2019, the film has garnered 4.7 million views on YouTube. The most popular video on HoloLens’ YouTube channel.
